Where does Molnary ship?

We ship bracelets everywhere around the world.

How much is shipping?

We cover standard shipping – it´s free for you. You can also in the checkout select that your package is shipped with UPS. There is a cost associated with UPS-shipping that varies depending on where you live. Most often, it costs less €15 for traceable UPS express-shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours from being placed on business days (Monday – Friday).

How long does it take until I receive my order?

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours from being placed (Monday – Friday). The delivery time depends on which shipping method you choose. We offer three shipping methods: Standard shipping (no tracking, 2-5 business days) UPS Standard (with tracking, 2-3 business days) UPS Express (with tracking, 1-2 business days).

What payment options do you accept?

Molnary accepts American Express, Diners, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. All available payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout, once you have entered the country of delivery.

Is my payment information safe?

Your transaction and payment details are directly handled by Stripe, our payment service provider, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank – Including Molnary.

Do you store my payment information?

Order information

How do I know if the purchase I made was successful?

When you make a purchase with Molnary.com, we will send you a confirmation email with all order details. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase, please send us an email to hello@molnary.com.

Do you have a store I can visit?

Molnary.com is an online store and has no physical store available for customers to visit.

Bracelet specifications  and warranty

How do I choose the correct size?

There are three different sizes to choose from.

If your wrist circumference is 16 – 17.5 cm, we recommend you choose size S.
If your wrist circumference is 17.5 -19 cm, we recommend you choose size M.
If your wrist circumference is 19 – 20,5 cm, we recommend you choose size L.

Note that we always offer a free 30 day return & exchange policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 12-month international warranty on all bracelets.

Return and exchange

How do I return my order?

If you for any reason is not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return or an exchange you can send it back to us for a full refund. Send an email to hello@molnary.com and we will assist you with the return & exchange.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We always offer a 30 day return and exchange policy. The product shall be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. The product shall also be in its original packaging, with intact protective stickers and labels. Send an email to hello@molnary.com and we will assist you with the return & exchange. Please note that cost of return shipping is paid by the consumer.
